Best Price Guarantee
We want you to feel confident when buying a MINT LAMA product — including on price. Should you find the identical product at an authorised retailer in your shipping country at a lower gross price within 7 days of your order, we will refund the difference.
Conditions
- Identical product (model, colour, size, scope of delivery)
- Authorised retailer based in and shipping to your country
- Comparison on gross price including local VAT and comparable shipping cost
- The competitor's offer must be regular and actually available (no clearance or time-limited offer)
- Proof (photo, link, screenshot) by e-mail to info@mintlama.ch within 7 days of your order
Important note on our prices
The prices shown in our shop are gross prices (including VAT) and vary by your shipping country — according to the VAT rate applicable there. The price valid for your shipping country is shown transparently in the cart and at checkout. The Best Price Guarantee applies in each case to the gross price of your shipping country (with the VAT applicable there).
Exclusion
The Best Price Guarantee cannot be combined with our extended manufacturer warranty (24 + 12 months for direct orders). For a claim, the customer chooses which benefit to use.
